How do I invite an athlete?
From your roster, choose Invite and enter their email. They get a link to the free athlete app and choose what you can see.
Can my athlete work with pros outside my practice?
Yes. Each practice they join sees only what the athlete shares with it.
How do I connect a watch or bike computer?
Athletes connect their own devices in the app under You, then Devices. Workouts and recovery data then flow to their team.
How do I cancel?
Settings, then Billing, then Cancel plan. Your athletes keep their history.
How do I delete my account?
Athletes: You, then Data & privacy, then Delete account. Pros: email support and we will close the account and explain what happens to your practice data.
