Who is Humos Pro for?
Coaches who plan more than one domain, the specialists they share athletes with, and cash-pay clinics. It works for a solo coach and for a practice with a full bench.
Do my athletes pay anything?
No. The athlete app is free, and athletes never pay to see, log or export their own plan.
Does the AI change plans on its own?
No. The copilot only runs when you ask, and everything it drafts arrives as a proposal. Nothing reaches an athlete until you approve it.
Can I bring plans from another platform?
Yes. Paste a plan or a spreadsheet and the copilot turns it into a draft you review. Import is on paid plans.
Which devices work?
Athletes connect the watches, bike computers and rings they already use. We'll publish the full list before launch.
